We will be looking for a deserving family for our next project at 800 N Aspen Street adjacent to the current project. This is the last lot we currently own which is ready for a new house and a family.

This is what it may look like and we are also exploring the partnership with Habitat for Humanity Virginia and Cardinal Homes.

Includes house build on Aspen Street and smaller projects fixing local houses.
