Power of Change Grant – Rappahannock Electric Cooperative

We are thrilled to announce that we have received a $5,000 Power of Change grant from Rappahannock Electric Cooperative. We thank REC for this generous grant to purchase building materials to build the Aspen Street house project currently underway. REC is helping to support our important mission to build affordable housing in Culpeper. It is through the generosity of the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative member-owners who round-up their electric bills through The Power of Change program, that the CARE Charity can award grants to non-profit charities. Together with this support we can do great things for our communities. For more information on The Power of Change please visit www.thepowerofchange.org

Includes house build on Aspen Street and smaller projects fixing local houses.
